Julia Caroline Knowlton’s 2004 memoir, entitled _Body Story_, was favorably reviewed in Publisher’s Weekly and was named an outstanding title by the American Library Association. She is currently writing her second memoir, a chapter of which is forthcoming in SpillWords (9/23/16). She holds an Academy of American Poets College prize. She is a college professor at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta.
